STEP 10 - SWIMSUIT SEASON

Love it or hate it, summer’s hot weather also means swimming pools—and swimming pools mean swimsuits!

If you want a little extra assistance to get ready for the season, Essential Oils may be just the solution!

FROM FLAB TO FAB BODY WRAP RECIPE

• 50 drops Metabolic Essential Oil Blend

• 20 drops Eucalyptus

• 20 drops Wintergreen

• 15 drops Peppermint

• 15 drops Lavender

• 15 drops Grapefruit

• 10 drops Cypress

• 1/2 c. solid Coconut Oil (Can be found in the grocery store.)

• Muslin fabric (Can be found on Amazon or the fabric store.)

• Plastic wrap

Measure all areas of concern before applying the wrap. Add 1/2 c. coconut oil and blend it with a whisk until it has a creamy, soft, smooth consistency. Add all Essential Oils and whisk into the coconut oil.

Apply the mixture onto target areas, including: tummy, thighs and/or hips, arms, under chin area, etc. Spread an even, thin layer over the skin and massage in. Wrap the muslin directly on the skin and then wrap with a few layers of plastic wrap. (Do not put the plastic wrap directly on your skin as this can cause toxins from the plastic to absorb into your skin. Also, do not wrap too tightly – you will need room to breathe and move.)

Leave the wrap on for three to five hours. You can go about your daily activities or even do a light workout or some yoga while the wrap is in place.

Remove the wrap and clean the area. Take your measurements again to track the results!

NOTE: It is NOT recommended to do more than one body wrap per week. Check with your physician BEFORE wrapping if you have kidney or any other health problems.
